In September 2023, they submitted four proposals to amend the state constitution, aiming to establish a legal framework for sportsbooks in Missouri.

Before proceeding, they need to get permission from the Secretary of State. Then, they must gather signatures from a minimum of 8% of registered voters in six out of Missouri’s eight districts, totaling 172,000 signatures.
