The Houston Astros are expected to keep their winning streak alive when they face the struggling Colorado Rockies, as Ryan Feltner is set to pitch for the Rockies. Feltner has had a rough season, allowing 97 hits, 54 earned runs, and 12 home runs in just 80 2/3 innings. His main pitches are his four-seamer (35.1%) and slider (29.6%).
Altuve has been excelling against two specific pitches this season: four-seamers and sliders. His batting average is .344 with a .634 SLG against four-seamers and .303 with a .470 SLG against sliders. This is why I am drawn to the favorable odds for these pitches. Yesterday, I bet on Cleveland pitcher Logan Allen giving up more than 5.5 hits against the powerful Baltimore lineup, and it paid off when Allen allowed nine hits and was pulled after three innings. Despite the Orioles still losing the game, I am confident in betting on them again against the Guardians.
Cleveland is sending Carlos Carrasco and his 5.40 ERA to face Baltimore, and he is expected to struggle. Rutschman is expected to lead the charge, as he has a favorable matchup against Carrasco. In four games this month, Carrasco has given up 21 hits, 13 runs, and two home runs, with opponents slashing .276/.317/.434 against him.

Rutschman must be thrilled to hear this, especially considering his impressive performance in June. He has a batting average of .309 this month along with eight extra-base hits, 13 walks, and 13 runs scored. Carrasco, who is 37 years old, relies on four pitches that he uses more than 15% of the time, and Rutschman has a batting average of .314 or higher against three of them.
We just need him to reach base and let his skilled teammates drive him in. The Orioles are at the top of the league in runs scored (413) because their hitters know how to get the job done. Baltimore leads the league in slugging percentage (.459) and total bases (1,261) as a team. With these statistics, there is a 54.55% chance that Rutschman will score a run if you bet $10, resulting in a payout of $18.33.

Similar to Judge, we are taking a big swing with this prop bet. While betting on most players hitting a home run is a risky move, Judge’s odds are as low as +130, suggesting a 43.48% chance he will hit one out of the park.
He is favored in betting not only because he is the top home run hitter in baseball, but also due to his upcoming matchup against Mets starter Sean Manaea. Manaea relies heavily on his sinker (39.5% usage), a pitch that Judge has a .370 batting average and a .804 slugging percentage against.

Manaea’s situation is not looking good, especially considering he has given up six home runs in his last six starts. The player we are supporting today may not be an All-Star yet, but he is certainly on track to become one. Lewis, the former No. 1 pick, has been outstanding since recovering from a quad injury that kept him out for the first two months of the season. He has been on fire this month, with a batting average of .309, an on-base percentage of .377, and a slugging percentage of .750, hitting nine home runs in just 18 games.
The 25-year-old has been the driving force behind a Twins offense that is rapidly becoming one of the most intimidating in baseball. Diamondbacks starter Ryne Nelson may find himself in a tough matchup against Lewis.
Nelson primarily relies on his four-seam fastball (49.8%) and cutter (23%) pitches. Lewis has been excelling against these pitches this season, hitting .300 with a .800 SLG against four-seamers and .286 with a .714 SLG against cutters. Seven of his 13 extra-base hits this year have come from fastballs.
Lewis has been hitting baseballs out of the park at an impressive rate this month, so the odds suggest there is a 53.49% chance he will continue to do so against Nelson. A successful $10 bet on this outcome would result in an $8.70 profit.
