Allen, in his second year in the majors, has had a challenging start to the season with a 5.23 ERA. The 25-year-old has allowed 82 hits and 15 home runs in 75 2/3 innings.
Among Cleveland’s starters, he has the highest hits allowed per nine innings at 9.8. He has given up at least six hits in eight of his 15 starts, which is 53.3%. However, in his last three outings, he has not allowed more than 5.5 hits. I am confident in his performance because the Orioles have been hitting home runs big enough to rival the ones players used to chew on before the tobacco ban.

Baltimore is at the top of the major leagues in total bases (1,228), home runs (125), and SLG (.440), while also ranking in the top 10 in hits (681), average (.252), and OPS (.766). Gunnar Henderson is leading the way for the Orioles, with an impressive SLG of over .500 against Allen’s top three pitches.

Mookie Betts’ absence created an opportunity for Ohtani to win his third MVP, his first in the NL. He has seized this chance by demonstrating his exceptional hitting abilities, solidifying his status as the best hitter in baseball.
Although it may be a gamble to bet on most players to exceed 2.5 bases, I feel confident in betting on Ohtani when he is facing the White Sox. Chicago seems to be struggling this season and their pitcher, Chris Flexen, does not inspire much confidence.

Flexen, a seasoned veteran in his career, has recorded a 5.03 ERA this season with 73 hits and 11 home runs allowed in 73 1/3 innings. The 29-year-old has given up at least one home run in each of his last three starts, and Ohtani may continue that pattern. Do the Minnesota Twins deserve more recognition at the moment? Despite being in second place in the AL Central, they have become a formidable team for opposing pitchers with the resurgence of Royce Lewis.
I can’t believe Pfaadt is the Twins’ next victim, given the long odds of him giving up at least three earned runs against Minnesota. He has allowed three earned runs in four of his last five starts.

Pfaadt’s performance this season has been underwhelming, with a 4.37 ERA and his worst outings coming in June. The 25-year-old pitcher has allowed four home runs in four starts this month, and opponents have been hitting .275/.347/.484 against him. The Twins, who rank seventh in the MLB in slugging percentage (.420), could capitalize on his struggles.
Lewis has been the driving force behind the team’s offensive surge, hitting .328 with nine home runs in 17 games since his return from injury. With impressive stats against Pfaadt’s top pitches, his odds of -104 are a great value, implying a nearly 51% chance of winning and paying out $19.62 on a $10 bet.

Ramos is becoming one of the most overlooked players in baseball. The young 24-year-old is making a strong impact in his first full season in the majors, drawing comparisons to the legendary Barry Bonds.
Although reaching Bonds’ level may seem impossible, Ramos has been performing at an All-Star level and is emerging as one of the top young sluggers in baseball. In the month of June, he has a slash line of .318/.390/.636 and has hit eight home runs in 21 games.
This month, he has recorded Over 1.5 hits, runs, and RBIs in 13 games and is coming off a three-hit performance against the Cubs. Tonight, Chicago’s Kyle Hendricks will be pitching and I can’t help but feel sorry for him. With a 7.46 ERA this season, Ramos is poised to dominate him.
He consistently uses three pitches – changeup, sinker, four-seamer – with Ramos hitting over .321 against all of them and achieving a .688 SLG against two. This gives him a 56.52% win probability, offering a $7.69 profit on a $10 bet.
