Marcus Semien is expected to have less than 1.5 hits in the game.

Because of his recent poor performance, we were initially leaning towards betting on Semien to have less than 0.5 hits. However, we have decided to make a confident five-star bet at favorable odds on the Rangers shortstop failing to get multiple hits.

Semien has only managed to get multiple hits in one of his last 23 games, and he is currently struggling with a 5-for-54 slump, with just one hit in 13 at-bats in this series. Although Semien has had success against tonight’s starter, Cole Irvin, with a .385/.429/.692 slash line in 13 career at-bats, his recent lack of production at the plate makes it difficult to expect multiple hits, even though Irvin has been allowing a .345 OBA in June.
