In the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday, the sixth-seeded Clemson Tigers will take on the third-seeded Baylor Bears. We will provide our top prediction and bet for the Clemson vs. Baylor matchup, using the most favorable March Madness odds available.

After a strong performance in the first round, the No. 6 seed Clemson Tigers (22-11) are preparing to face off against the No. 3 seed Baylor Bears (24-10) in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The game is set to start at 6:10 p.m. ET at FedExForum in Memphis and will be broadcast on TNT.

Despite being the higher seed, Clemson was considered the underdog against the No. 11 seed New Mexico Lobos in their first matchup. However, the Tigers defied expectations and won by 21 points. This victory set up a second-round showdown against the Bears, who had a dominant 92-67 win over the Colgate Raiders in their opening game.

The Bears have a low 3-point shooting percentage, but in this upcoming high-scoring game, the Tigers are weak at defending against the three-point shot. They are ranked 272nd in the nation for points allowed off 3-pointers, with opponents averaging 24.0 points per game from beyond the arc.

While Walter may not be the top 3-point shooter on Baylor, he is the most reliable Bear when it comes to taking shots from beyond the arc. In Round 1, he made three out of his eight attempts, and he has consistently made at least three shots from deep in three of his last four games.

He is currently averaging 6.2 shot attempts per game this season, mainly against Big 12 defenses. In a faster-paced game on Sunday, he could potentially take eight shots. If he does, we predict he will make at least four of them.

Both DraftKings and bet365 are offering excellent prices, with bet365 going as low as +100. Getting a price of +130 or +135 is a great deal. At +135, bet365 is implying a 42.55% chance of Walter hitting this over, but in reality, the odds should be closer to 50% in this matchup.
