Baker Mayfield is expected to throw for over 231.5 passing yards, with a four-star rating, at -114 odds on FanDuel.

Mayfield had a rough outing in his first game against the Eagles, going 15-for-25 for 146 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in a 25-11 loss at home during Week 3. The Bucs struggled on offense, totaling just 174 yards compared to the Eagles’ 298 yards.

However, it must be noted that the Eagles’ secondary has performed poorly in recent games. They have allowed the second-highest number of passing yards in the league this season (252.7 YPG) and the defense has surrendered at least 25 points in six of their last seven games.

In his last four games, Mayfield has thrown for over 300 yards twice and achieved this total in three out of four games. However, he was limited to just 137 yards in the previous game against the Carolina Panthers, who boast one of the top pass defenses in the league. On the other hand, the Eagles currently have one of the weakest pass defenses in the league.

Mayfield has thrown for two or more touchdown passes in four of his last five games and in 10 of his 17 starts. While he typically doesn’t exceed two touchdowns, this prop will keep bettors on edge until the end of the game. Despite this, Mayfield is in a favorable matchup for this game.

The Eagles have been giving up an average of 2.1 touchdown passes per game this season. Mayfield had strong statistics in the regular season and is considered an above-average quarterback. We anticipate that he will take advantage of Philadelphia’s vulnerability in a favorable home matchup.
