As we approach the last week of the 2026-24 NFL season, playoff seeding is still up in the air. With so much left to play for, we have compiled our top NFL predictions for Week 18 using the latest NFL odds.

After Week 17, the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers are the favorites to win the Super Bowl. Quarterbacks Lamar Jackson and Brock Purdy are also leading the NFL MVP odds. Both teams have clinched the top seed in their conference, earning a first-round bye in the playoffs.

Nevertheless, there is still a lot of uncertainty in the AFC and NFC playoff races beyond the top two teams. In the AFC, only three other teams have locked in playoff spots, while in the NFC, four teams have secured berths heading into Week 18. There are only two games on the schedule featuring teams that have already been eliminated from playoff contention.
