Being a Calgary Flames supporter, I am no stranger to disappointment and I must admit that the Bennett saga is both frustrating and commendable.

Bennett has scored 10 points in 12 playoff games, ranking fourth in points per game for the Panthers. He has been dominant since coming back from missing five games and is undeniably a force to be reckoned with. As for former Flames players, he is without a doubt the second most annoying to play against, with teammate Matthew Tkachuk taking the top spot as the team’s assistant captain.

Bennett thrives in the playoffs, using his powerful strength and relentless determination alongside his underrated skills. In his last six games, he has scored points in five of them, with an impressive four points in the last three games against the New York Rangers.

Saturday will be McDavid’s first game in the Stanley Cup Final, making it a good bet to put some money on him scoring a goal. Despite only scoring five goals in the 2024 postseason, McDavid’s scoring ability was evident in the Western Conference Final against the Dallas Stars.
