As the top pick in the 2026 NFL Draft takes the field for his second game, we analyze the top Bryce Young player prop bets for the New Orleans Saints vs. Carolina Panthers Monday Night Football game, using the latest NFL odds.

Bryce Young made his NFL debut as a starter, completing 20 out of 38 passes for only 146 yards. He managed to throw one touchdown and two interceptions during the game. Despite his modest performance, Young was able to keep his team competitive in a tough divisional road game until the fourth quarter.

Young will be up against a Saints defense in Week 2 that picked off Ryan Tannehill three times in Week 1. We have analyzed the matchup in our Saints vs. Panthers predictions, but how will the rookie perform in his second NFL start?

Below are our top Bryce Young NFL player prop bets for the upcoming Saints vs. Panthers game, with odds sourced from our preferred NFL betting sites. Our confidence in each pick is rated on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.

Bryce Young player props

Bryce Young Over 0.5 interceptions (-120 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were expecting a higher price for this. Even at -155, we still suggest taking the Over.

Despite Tannehill being known for his turnovers, the Saints’ defense still managed to limit him to only 198 yards and intercepted him three times.

Young showed flashes of potential in Week 1, but he mostly appeared to be a rookie struggling to keep up. Despite any improvements he makes in his second start, he will face a tough defense. It is likely that he will make some errors, and it would be surprising if he doesn’t throw at least one interception in this game.

Bryce Young Over 17.5 completions (-110 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐

In his debut start, Young’s average completion was just 7.3 yards. His longest throws of the game were 14-yard passes to Hayden Hurst and Laviska Shenault. Terrance Marshall was the only player to average over 10 yards per reception.

Young is willing to take what the defense gives him, however, he still appears hesitant when it comes to throwing the ball deep. As a result, we can anticipate seeing short passes that lead to short gains.

Bryce Young +37.5 passing yards vs. Derek Carr (-115 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐

Despite Carr’s impressive 305-yard performance in Week 1, the Saints initially planned to focus on running the ball in their opener. Unfortunately, they were unable to find success against the strong Titans run defense. However, the Panthers allowed 130 rushing yards in their first game, suggesting that the Saints may have better luck on the ground in Week 2.

Even though Young and the Panthers are the home team, we anticipate them falling behind. In that scenario, Young will likely have to resort to passing the ball frequently in the later stages of the game. While we are not entirely convinced that he will surpass 188 passing yards (which is the total at many reputable sports betting apps), we believe he will come close to reaching that mark. Additionally, we predict that Carr will not exceed 200 passing yards in the game.

Bryce Young’s player prop selections were made on September 18, 2026, at 9:36 a.m. Eastern Time.
