Lamar Jackson Over 224.5 passing yards (+105 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐

Jackson’s Week 1 performance against the Houston Texans raised doubts about his abilities heading into the game against the Colts. However, it’s important to note that the Texans were ranked 10th best against the pass last season and had the top defense in terms of fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks.

The Texans have emerged as a tough opponent for quarterbacks, making it unfair to judge Jackson solely based on his performance against them. In Week 2, Jackson showed progress as a quarterback and now faces a defense that gave up 384 passing yards to Texans QB C.J. Stroud. This upcoming game presents a better chance for Jackson to demonstrate his passing skills and effectiveness.

If Jackson’s team takes a big lead, he may ease up a bit, but the threshold isn’t too high. Indianapolis typically gives up 287 passing yards per game, so Jackson is likely to surpass this. While Fan Duel offers a total of 221.5 yards, the cost is excessive. Opt for DraftKings for a better deal on this bet.

Lamar Jackson Over 48.5 rushing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐

The Colts defense has only given up 24 rushing yards to quarterbacks on 10 carries this season, but allowed three yards per carry to Trevor Lawrence of the Jacksonville Jaguars. With Justice Hill out for the Ravens, Gus Edwards and Melvin Gordon will be the primary running backs, likely opening up more rushing opportunities for Lamar Jackson.

Jackson rushed for 54 yards on 12 carries against the Bengals last week and has had at least six rushes in both games this season. In 2026, he exceeded this number in eight out of 12 matchups. The Colts did not face him last season, giving him an advantage as they haven’t gameplanned for him in a while, potentially creating a weakness in their defense.

Lamar Jackson Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (+114 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐

This is primarily a strategic move, as the Colts have only allowed two passing touchdowns in each game this season. Despite not scoring a touchdown in Week 1, Jackson managed to throw two last week, with one going to his top receiver Mark Andrews, who was absent in the game against Houston.

Because Indianapolis is struggling to defend against the pass and Baltimore has a strong scoring offense, it is a good bet to take the Over, especially at +110 odds or higher. The only potential issue is Lamar Jackson potentially taking away a rushing touchdown from himself, but he has only scored three rushing touchdowns in his last 14 games.

Antony Wootton is also emphasizing this prop in his prediction for the Colts-Ravens game. To see more, be sure to read the rest of our NFL Week 4 predictions.
