Thanksgiving NFL player props
Aidan Hutchinson to record a sack (-120 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
After an outstanding debut season in the NFL where he recorded 9.5 sacks, Hutchinson has struggled to replicate that success in the 2023 season. The Detroit defensive end has only managed to secure two sacks in the first 10 games, highlighting a significant drop in his pass-rushing effectiveness compared to his rookie year. This slow start suggests that Hutchinson is facing challenges in making an impact on the field this season.
Nevertheless, he has sacked the quarterback behind the line of scrimmage a total of 3.5 times in his three career games against the Packers, including 1.5 sacks on Green Bay quarterback Jordan Love in Week 4.
In 2023, the Packers have given up 22 sacks, with Love being sacked 12 times in his last four games. The Lions managed to sack the quarterback five times in Week 4 by breaking through the Green Bay offensive line. Detroit’s defense has been averaging 3.4 sacks per game at home this season.
Hutchison may be effective, but Allen Byron still anticipates a barrage of offensive fireworks in his Lions-Packers prediction.

CeeDee Lamb 40-plus receiving yards in each half (+220 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lamb and Philadelphia Eagles receiver A.J. Brown are currently tied for the second-most receiving yards in the league with 1,013 yards each. Lamb has achieved over 100 yards in four of his last five games and has surpassed 150 yards in three of them.
The star receiver has achieved over 40 receiving yards in both halves of all but one game, where he fell just four yards short of reaching the milestone in the second half against the Los Angeles Rams.
In 2023, Washington’s defense has given up an average of 258.5 passing yards per game, with 191.8 yards going to wide receivers specifically. Five opposing wide receivers have surpassed 100 yards against them. Brown had impressive performances, gaining 175 and 130 yards against the Commanders. In the first game, he fell just five yards short of reaching 40 yards in the first half, but managed to hit that mark in both halves of the rematch.
Phil Wood predicts an offensive explosion in the Commanders-Cowboys game, while Spector is betting on another Cowboys receiver in his Thanksgiving NFL player prop picks.

Any four of Christian McCaffrey, Jahmyr Gibbs, Brandon Aiyuk, Sam Laporta, and Jake Ferguson to each score 1+ TDs (+850 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐
Christian McCaffrey was unable to continue his record-tying touchdown streak against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but he quickly started a new streak by scoring a touchdown against the Buccaneers. The running back from San Francisco currently leads the league with 14 total touchdowns.
We are also optimistic about McCaffrey’s scoring potential in his player props for the 49ers-Seahawks game, according to Lopez Julia.
In his last four games, Jahmyr Gibbs has scored five touchdowns and received 59 out of his 98 carries in the 2023 season. Additionally, David Montgomery, another running back for Detroit, scored three touchdowns in Week 4 against the Packers.
Brandon Aiyuk has scored four touchdowns this season, with his most recent two in the last two games. As the top target for the Niners, he leads the team in receptions and is one of three San Francisco receivers with four or more touchdowns in 2023.
Sam Laprota’s lack of touchdowns in his last two games may make him the weakest link in this prop. The Lions’ tight end has scored four touchdowns in 2023, but half of them were in his Week 5 game against the Carolina Panthers.
In three out of the last four games, Jake Ferguson, the tight end for Dallas, has successfully scored a touchdown. He has now become the second-most targeted player on the team. Washington’s defense has allowed five touchdowns to tight ends so far in 2023.
NFL player props for Thanksgiving were set on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. ET.
