Several significant events have caused shifts in our 2026 NFL Mock Draft. A different team now holds the No. 1 overall pick and numerous top free agents have signed with new teams. Consequently, here is the updated version of our mock draft, where we analyze the best prop bet options for each first-round pick using the latest NFL odds from our top NFL betting sites.

As anticipated, a team in need of a quarterback has acquired the No. 1 pick, putting the Carolina Panthers in the position to make their selection. With a new team now holding the top pick, a new prospect is projected to be chosen with that selection.

The first wave of free agency is behind us, with many of the top available players already signed. As a result, teams now have a clearer picture of which positions they will target in the upcoming draft.

Below are our predictions for the 2026 NFL Mock Draft selections and recommended prop bets, utilizing the latest NFL draft odds and prop markets available at top sports betting websites.

2026 NFL Mock Draft predictions

1. Carolina Panthers: C.J. Stroud, QB, Ohio State

Ohio State

The odds on who will be selected first overall in the NFL draft shifted when the Chicago Bears traded the No. 1 pick to the Panthers. Alabama’s Bryce Young was previously the favorite with odds as low as -200, but now league insiders believe the Panthers are leaning towards Ohio State’s Stroud. Stroud’s odds have now increased to -225 to be chosen first overall at certain sportsbooks.

Prop Bet: C.J. Stroud is favored to be the first overall pick at -200 odds with Caesars.

DraftKingsFanDuelBetMGMCaesarsPointsBet
-225-220-225-200 -210

Prop selections for sports betting sites are still limited, with only the No. 1 pick prop available for Stroud at the moment. Caesars currently offers the best odds for Stroud to be the first overall pick. However, it is advisable to hold off and wait for more markets to open, such as a quarterback exacta on Stroud going first and Young going second overall. More markets are expected to become available closer to the draft date.

2. Houston Texans: Bryce Young, QB, Alabama

Houston had a chance to secure the top pick in the draft by losing their final regular-season game, but they ended up defeating the Indianapolis Colts 32-31 in Week 18. As a result, they settled for the second pick while the Panthers moved ahead of them to claim the first selection.

If they have always preferred Young, there is a strong likelihood that they will still be able to select him with the second pick.

Young’s chances of being the first selection have significantly decreased, making him the third choice behind Stroud and Florida’s Anthony Richardson at BetMGM and PointsBet. We suggest holding off on placing a bet and waiting for the Stroud-Young exacta, which is expected to offer favorable odds.

3. Indianapolis Colts: Will Levis, QB, Kentucky

The Arizona Cardinals have the third overall pick, which is highly sought after. With two quarterbacks already selected and several teams in need of a quarterback, the Cardinals are in a strong position to receive a significant offer for their pick.

The Las Vegas Raiders may be interested, but the Colts are likely to trade up to secure their preferred quarterback choice between Richardson and Kentucky’s Will Levis, ensuring they do not miss out on the final two quarterbacks with first-round grades.

Prop bet: Will Levis to be drafted by the Colts with odds of +250 on FanDuel.

FanDuelbet365
+250 +225 ❄️

At the moment, only FanDuel and bet365 are providing a prop bet on which team will draft Levis. The Colts are currently leading as the favorite to select the 6-foot-4 quarterback known for his strong arm.

4. Las Vegas Raiders: Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida

We predict that the first four picks of this year’s draft will be quarterbacks. To prevent Richardson from falling to the Seattle Seahawks at No. 5, the Raiders make a trade with the Cardinals to secure their quarterback for the future.

Las Vegas brought on experienced quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to lead the team now and guide the development of their future signal-caller.

Prop bet: Will the Raiders draft Anthony Richardson? (+1600 odds on FanDuel)

DraftKingsFanDuelbet365Betway
+900+1600 +800+900

There are several books offering the “Team to Draft” special for Richardson, with varying odds. The best value can be found at FanDuel, where the odds are twice as high as those at bet365.

5. Seattle Seahawks: Will Anderson, EDGE, Alabama

The Seahawks are in a fortunate position as they may have the opportunity to select the top non-quarterback player in the draft if the first four picks are all quarterbacks.

In that situation, a team lacking pass-rushing assistance would acquire the top defensive player prospect, Will Anderson Jr. from Alabama, thus fulfilling their needs.

Proposition bet: The first defensive player to be selected will be Will Anderson Jr. with odds of -240 according to BetRivers.

DraftKingsFanDuelCaesarsbet365BetRivers
-330-300-350 ❄️-250-240

Due to Georgia defensive tackle Jalen Carter’s sudden decline, Anderson is now the top choice to be the first defensive player selected. While this bet may not offer much value, bet365, BetRivers, and Unibet are still offering odds better than -300.

6. Detroit Lions: Christian Gonzalez, CB, Oregon

The Lions are priced out of the top quarterbacks in this draft, but they can still find their future quarterback while also strengthening their defense, which ranked 32nd overall and 30th against the pass.

Detroit is in need of a standout player to compete with Minnesota Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson. The Lions have the opportunity to select the top cornerback in the draft, which is currently Oregon’s Christian Gonzalez.

Prop bet: The first cornerback drafted is Christian Gonzalez with odds of -150 at FanDuel.

DraftKingsFanDuelCaesarsbet365BetRiversBetway
-185-150 -160-175-200 ❄️-185

If more options become available, it is suggested to place a bet on the Lions selecting a defensive player, specifically a cornerback, as their first draft pick.

7. Arizona Cardinals: Tyree Wilson, EDGE, Texas Tech

The Cardinals could emerge as the victors of this draft if they follow our mock draft scenario and trade down twice, ultimately securing a top 10 pick.

In that situation, they would have the opportunity to replenish their defense, which recently lost pass-rusher Markus Golden.

The Cardinals have announced the hiring of Jonathan Gannon, former defensive coordinator of the Philadelphia Eagles, as their new head coach. It will be interesting to see if the team decides to use their first-round draft pick on a defensive player.

8. Atlanta Falcons: Nolan Smith, EDGE, Georgia

The Falcons may consider selecting a top offensive line prospect, but they are in dire need of help on the edge. Atlanta struggled with pass rush last season, finishing second to last in sacks with only 21.

Nolan Smith is not only a talented athlete, but also a hometown hero from Savannah, Georgia, who played a key role in leading the Bulldogs to a national championship.

We are holding off on betting on Smith to be a top-15 pick due to the lack of available defensive props.

9. Chicago Bears: Paris Johnson Jr., Ohio State, OL

When the Bears traded out of the No. 1 pick, they declared Justin Fields as their quarterback of the future and received much-needed wide receiver help in D.J. Moore.

Chicago now has the opportunity to utilize the No. 9 pick to improve their offensive line, which allowed 58 sacks in 2026, the fourth highest in the league. While Northwestern’s Peter Skoronski is a top contender to be the first offensive lineman chosen, many NFL mock drafts predict that the Bears will select Ohio State’s Paris Johnson Jr., who would command a larger salary.

Prop bet: Paris Johnson Jr. to be the first offensive lineman drafted at +160 odds on DraftKings and Betway.

Compare prices for the best odds. Johnson is the top choice for this proposition at BetRivers. He is listed at +160 on both DraftKings and Betway.

10. Philadelphia Eagles: Jalen Carter, DT, Georgia

Georgia DT Jalen Carter continues to slip down draft boards, but could find the perfect landing spot in Philly as he slots into our NFL mock draft.

After solidifying their cornerback position by re-signing James Bradberry, extending Darius Slay, and adding Greedy Williams, the NFC champion Eagles no longer have a pressing need at that position. With the 10th overall pick in the draft, they can now focus on taking the best player available to them, which happens to be Carter. Despite his red flags and off-field issues, the Eagles’ experienced locker room is the ideal environment for him to thrive.

The Philadelphia Eagles lost defensive tackle Javon Hargrave to free agency, making Carter the ideal candidate to eventually fill his position.

Carter, who was once the front runner to be the top pick in the draft, is now not even the most likely candidate to be the first defensive player chosen. His disappointing pro day performance, where he arrived nine pounds heavier than at the combine and struggled to complete drills due to cramps, has raised concerns. As a result, we are hesitant to place our bet on the Eagles selecting this problematic prospect.

Take a look at our NFL Draft odds for 2026.

11. Tennessee Titans: Peter Skoronski, OL, Northwestern

There are few draft matches as clear as the Titans and offensive tackle. They recently let go of longtime left tackle Taylor Lewan, and while they signed Andre Dillard in free agency, he is likely just a short-term fix.

Skoronski and Tennessee make a perfect fit.

Johnson and Skoronski are currently both considered underdogs to be the first offensive lineman selected in the draft. However, this is likely to change as one of them emerges as the frontrunner. It is recommended to place a bet on this prop now before the odds shift in favor of one of them.

12. Texans: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State

Jaxon Smith-Njigba of Ohio State has solidified himself as the top wide receiver in the class with an impressive showing at the combine, while USC’s Jordan Addison struggled with a slow 40-yard dash time.

When we first suggested Smith-Njigba to the Texans in our initial mock draft, FanDuel had him at +1000 odds. Despite this, he remains the frontrunner to be the first receiver selected, and the odds of him joining the Texans are decreasing.

Prop bet: Texans to draft Jaxon Smith-Njigba at +800 odds on bet365.

DraftKingsFanDuelbet365Betway
+500+700+800 +500

The Texans are the frontrunners to acquire the former Buckeyes star according to DraftKings and Betway. Those looking for better value should consider betting on bet365, where the draft special has odds of +800.

13. New York Jets: Broderick Jones, T, Georgia

With the potential addition of quarterback Aaron Rodgers, the New York Jets’ priorities have shifted from being a plucky contender to a team with a short-term, win-now focus.

If the Jets retain this pick following a trade for Rodgers, they will require a player who can make an immediate impact. Additionally, they must bolster the offensive line to support the 39-year-old quarterback. Mekhi Becton, a former first-round pick, has only played in one game since his rookie year in 2020. Duane Brown, a veteran tackle, is 37 years old, and George Fant is currently a free agent.

We will hold off on betting on the Jets to draft an offensive player since Broderick Jones is not our top choice for the first offensive lineman drafted.

14. New England Patriots: Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU

The Patriots are actively working to build a modern offense for the upcoming year. They have brought on Bill O’Brien as offensive coordinator and acquired wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster and tight end Mike Gesicki in free agency.

However, the job is not yet complete, and quarterback Mac Jones could possibly see an advantage with a 6-foot-3 receiver such as TCU’s Quentin Johnston as he begins his third season in the pros.

Johnston’s chances of being the first wide receiver selected were initially at +115, but they have now increased to +350 at DraftKings. Those who believe Johnston will be chosen before Smith-Njigba should place their bets at DraftKings.

15. Green Bay Packers: Michael Mayer, TE, Notre Dame

It seems that the Packers have handed the reins to Jordan Love as the starting quarterback, but they are lacking playmakers in the passing game. The receiving corps is headlined by rookies Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Samori Toure from the 2026 draft class.

Michael Mayer from Notre Dame is considered the top tight end prospect and is frequently projected to be drafted by the Packers.

Prop bet: Michael Mayer to be the first tight end selected (+120 odds at Caesars and BetRivers)

DraftKingsFanDuelCaesarsbet365BetRivers
+110 ❄️+115+120+115+120

Mayer remains the top pick among our best sportsbooks for tight end, although his odds are fluctuating. There is a 10-cent variance between DraftKings and Caesars.

16. Washington Commanders: Devon Witherspoon, CB, Illinois

During the offseason, the Commanders have been active, signing quarterback Jacoby Brissett and tackle Andrew Wylie, while also securing the return of defensive tackle Daron Payne and center Tyler Larsen.

Many mock drafts predict that Washington will select a cornerback with the 16th pick, and if Witherspoon is still on the board, he would be a great value pick. However, Gonzalez is currently favored to be the first corner taken in the draft.

DraftKings and Betway are hosting a head-to-head competition to predict who will be selected first in the draft between Gonzalez and Witherspoon.

DraftKingsBetway
+180+180

17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Joey Porter Jr., CB, Penn State

The Steelers made the decision to sign 32-year-old veteran Patrick Peterson to a two-year contract, but depending on an older cornerback in the modern NFL may not be the wisest choice.

Joey Porter Jr., the cornerback from Penn State, remains a top choice to be selected by the NFL team where his father previously played.

Porter’s odds of being the first corner drafted are now +750, while his odds of being the first defensive player to go are +10000.

We are patiently waiting for the team-player prop to become available. Last April, the Steelers had odds of +375 to draft QB Kenny Pickett according to DraftKings.

18. Lions: Keion White, EDGE, Georgia Tech

The Lions were considered a potential destination for Texas running back Bijan Robinson, but Detroit signed David Montgomery in free agency instead to fill the void left by Jamaal Williams.

Detroit has prioritized enhancing their defense, bringing in defensive backs Emmanuel Moseley, Cameron Sutton, and C.J. Gardner-Johnson through free agency. In the upcoming draft, they may aim to bolster their defense further by selecting one of the top edge-rushers with their second first-round pick.

Keion White emerged as a standout player with 7.5 sacks during his last season at Georgia Tech. Standing at 6-foot-5, he would be a perfect fit to pair with Aidan Hutchinson in Detroit.

White’s odds are too high for any current prop bet, so we will wait for a bet on the Lions and use the pick on a defensive player.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Darnell Wright, T, Tennessee

The Buccaneers are quickly rebuilding their team following Tom Brady’s retirement. They have acquired quarterback Baker Mayfield, released left tackle Donovan Smith, and traded guard Shaq Mason. It is clear that improving the offensive line is a top priority for Tampa.

In this NFL mock draft, the top three tackles have already been selected. However, a perfect match is still available in Darnell Wright from Tennessee. Standing at 6-foot-5 and weighing 333 pounds, Wright has experience playing on both the left and right side of the offensive line. This versatility would enable the Bucs to potentially shift their second-team All-Pro right tackle, Tristan Wirfs, to the left side if they so desire.

However, we are placing our bet on the Bucs selecting an offensive lineman in the draft.

20. Seahawks: Dalton Kincaid, TE, Utah

Utah

The Seahawks filled their pass rush gap with the No. 5 pick and can now focus on a luxury pick with their second selection of Night 1.

Noah Fant, the tight end in Seattle, failed to meet expectations in his debut season and was outperformed by less athletic players on the depth chart. Dalton Kincaid from Utah could be a perfect match for offensive coordinator Shane Waldron’s system.

21. Los Angeles Chargers: Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

The start of free agency saw Chargers running back Austin Ekeler formally requesting a trade. As the league’s top touchdown scorer in 2026, he was given the green light to explore potential deals, potentially creating a significant void in L.A.’s offensive lineup.

Fortunately, there is a standout running back in this year’s draft who is expected to be available around the time of the Chargers’ pick.

Prop bet: The Chargers are listed at +600 on bet365 to be the team that drafts Bijan Robinson.

DraftKingsFanDuelbet365
+450 ❄️+550+600

Bet365 has the best odds for the team-to-draft-player prop. The Dallas Cowboys are currently favored to select Robinson, but this may change if Ekeler is traded.

22. Baltimore Ravens: Jordan Addison, WR, USC

The future of the Ravens remains uncertain as they have placed the nonexclusive franchise tag on quarterback Lamar Jackson. Assuming Jackson plays under the tag for one year, Baltimore must make the most of their opportunity with their star QB.

Jackson will require a high-caliber receiver to target, and the team’s general manager has explicitly stated that recent selections such as Rashod Bateman and Devin Duvernay have not met expectations.

The Ravens continue to be aggressive and select a wide receiver in the first round. We are eagerly anticipating the first player drafted in their position prop bet.

23. Minnesota Vikings: Jalin Hyatt, WR, Tennessee

The Vikings have a clear need at cornerback, but they now also have a need at wide receiver following the departure of Minnesota native Adam Thielen, who was released and signed with the Panthers.

The Vikings have not yet addressed the gap in their roster through free agency, and it is clear that they will not start the season with K.J. Osborn as the only secondary receiving option alongside All-Pro Justin Jefferson.

Jalin Hyatt of Tennessee clocked a 4.4 in the 40-yard dash, showcasing his speed as a deep threat and potentially creating more room in the middle of the field for Jefferson.

Proposition bet: Will Hyatt be drafted earlier? – Odds of +300 available on Betway and DraftKings.

DraftKingsBetway
+300+300

Hyatt and Zay Flowers from Boston College are facing off in a head-to-head matchup. Both DraftKings and Betway are offering odds of +300 for Hyatt.

24. Jacksonville Jaguars: Brian Branch, S, Alabama

The Jaguars have assembled a talented group of offensive playmakers, but their defense, specifically their pass defense which ranked 28th in the NFL last season, is in need of improvement.

The team has decided to move on from Shaquill Griffin and will probably look to draft his replacement. Our suggestion is to place a bet on the Jaguars selecting a cornerback with their first-round pick.

25. New York Giants: Zay Flowers, WR, Boston College

The Giants are in desperate need of a game-changing wide receiver. Despite making the playoffs with a group of unknown wide receivers, they let go of Kenny Golladay. Their only new addition is Parris Campbell, a former second-round pick who had a career-best 623 receiving yards last season.

There is a strong group of wide receivers in this draft class. Once they are on the board, we suggest targeting a bet that has the Giants selecting a receiver with their top pick. Additionally, we would consider betting on more than 4.5 receivers being chosen in the first round.

26. Dallas Cowboys: Calijah Kancey, DT, Pittsburgh

The Cowboys are interested in keeping Bijan Robinson in Texas, especially since parting ways with longtime back Ezekiel Elliott. However, they would need to outbid the Chargers for the Longhorn’s services.

Instead, Dallas will need to focus on improving their defensive line by adding an interior presence to create space for edge rushers Micah Parsons and Demarcus Lawrence.

Pittsburgh’s Calijah Kancey drew comparisons to Aaron Donald with his impressive showing at the scouting combine. Keep an eye out for a top-31 draft prospect ranking for Kancey when it becomes available.

27. Buffalo Bills: Josh Downs, WR, North Carolina

Buffalo made some significant moves in free agency, re-signing safety Jordan Poyer, linebacker Matt Milano, and corner Dane Jackson, and parting ways with wideout Isaiah McKenzie.

It is safe to assume that the team will address their need for a secondary receiving option by turning to the draft. Expect the Bills to choose a receiver with their first-round pick.

28. Cincinnati Bengals: Darnell Washington, TE, Georgia

Cincinnati made a significant move in free agency by acquiring left tackle Orlando Brown to solidify their offensive line. However, they also lost tight end Hayden Hurst to Carolina.

Should Mayer and Kincaid not be available, Georgia’s Darnell Washington is a top choice at the end of the draft. We are confident in selecting Washington as one of our top 31 picks.

29. New Orleans Saints: Lukas Van Ness, EDGE, Iowa

The Saints have been active in free agency and are now considered the front-runners to win the NFC South. They have filled gaps at quarterback, running back, and receiver, but their aging defensive line is the next area of concern to address.

Cameron Jordan, 33, failed to make the Pro Bowl for the first time in five years and is in need of assistance in reaching the quarterback. Our money is on Iowa’s Lukas Van Ness to be selected within the top 31 picks.

30. Eagles: Kelee Ringo, CB, Georgia

Georgia

Although corner may not be a pressing need for the Eagles at the moment, both of their starters will be in their 30s at the start of the season. It is important to begin developing a succession plan for the position.

Georgia’s Kelee Ringo stands at 6-foot-2 and boasts a lightning-fast 4.36 speed, making him a prime candidate for a first-round selection. It’s highly likely that Ringo will be chosen within the top 31 picks.

Take a look at our odds for the 2026 NFL MVP award.

31. Kansas City Chiefs: Dawand Jones, T, Ohio State

After Orlando Brown departed for their conference rival, the Chiefs turned to Jawaan Taylor to fill the role of their new left tackle.

During the postseason, the team realized that keeping quarterback Patrick Mahomes safe is crucial. Dawand Jones from Ohio State may be the solution at tackle for Kansas City in the long run.
