Jake is a Sports Journalism student completing his final semester of Grad School at Centennial College. He received his undergraduate at the University of Guelph which was a Bachelor of Science degree. Originally, he had aspirations to become a physiotherapist for a sports organization and joined Guelph’s Human Kinetics program. After two years in the program, he had a change of heart and realized his true passion evolved around sports writing.
His dream has always been to become a fantasy sports analyst for a major website, but his passion for sports betting has grown over the past year with the legalization of single-game betting in Ontario. He specializes in Major League Baseball and is an advocate for the increased use of advanced statistics in the game.
