FanDuel underscored its position as one of the top sports betting sites by expanding its presence in North Carolina through a partnership with the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, solidifying its status as an Official Sports Betting Partner.

Reportedly, this is a long-term partnership agreement that arrives at a crucial moment in the upcoming North Carolina gambling industry. Legal sports betting in North Carolina is set to launch on March 11, with pre-registration currently available in the state.

FanDuel North Carolina became available for download last Friday on iOS, Android, and desktop devices.

The Carolina Panthers were notably one of the few sports teams or venues in North Carolina without a sportsbook partnership, but FanDuel North Carolina has also established a partnership with the PGA Tour.

Kristi Coleman, president of the Carolina Panthers, expressed excitement in welcoming FanDuel as an Official Sports Betting Partner. Looking towards the 2024 season, she sees great potential in this partnership to provide fans in North Carolina with distinctive and captivating experiences.

What FanDuel gets

FanDuel sportsbook has entered the North Carolina market with a second skin, partnering with the PGA Tour and the state’s most popular sports team. The collaboration with the Panthers will provide great exposure in the new market, making FanDuel one of the top choices for sports betting in North Carolina.

FanDuel will have the right to use Carolina Panthers team logos and marks, along with prominent signage at Bank of America Stadium. The deal also includes a strong presence on all Carolina Panthers media platforms, including TV, radio, and social media.

FanDuel Carolina will begin its partnership with a bang by welcoming Kay Adams and her FanDuel TV show “Up and Adams” to Bank of America Stadium on Wednesday, March 6.

“We are excited to bring FanDuel to sports fans in North Carolina, and partnering with the Carolina Panthers is a significant milestone for our business,” said Mike Raffensperger, Chief Commercial Officer at FanDuel. “We are eager to support the team in the upcoming season and connect with the enthusiastic sports fans in North Carolina through our top-rated product.”
