The 150th edition of the Kentucky Derby is less than a week away, and FanDuel, an official sports betting partner of the race and one of the premier sports betting websites, is offering its customers special perks to enhance their experience on its highly rated platform.

In celebration of the 150th edition of the Run for the Roses, FanDuel is commemorating the occasion by offering a special promotion called the “No Sweat Bet.” This exclusive offer is available to new customers of America’s top horse racing betting site, Underscoreg, as well as existing customers of the FanDuel Racing app.

In addition to offering a bonus for betting on the first leg of this year’s Triple Crown, FanDuel will have its broadcast team present at the renowned Churchill Downs to provide additional analysis and excitement in the lead-up to the race, which occurs on the first Saturday in May.

Andrew Moore, General Manager of Racing at FanDuel, stated that the company is excited to partner with Churchill Downs for the 150th edition of the Kentucky Derby. FanDuel is the only online sportsbook to offer a single account and wallet for both sports and horse racing wagering, setting them apart in the industry. By combining their leading technology with such a prestigious race, FanDuel hopes to introduce new fans to the world of horse racing. They plan to offer special promotions and a unique experience for their customers during the Derby.

The debut of legal sports betting in Kentucky adds an extra layer of excitement to the Big Race and is expected to generate large amounts of wagers. This is the first time that both residents and visitors of the Bluegrass State can legally place bets on the Derby through Kentucky sports betting apps.

More on the coverage

FanDuel is offering a $20 No Sweat Bet for both new and existing customers to place a wager on the winner of the Run for the Roses on May 4. If the bet loses, customers can recoup up to $20 of their wager.

FanDuel is increasing its media coverage of the big race like never before. FanDuel TV and FanDuel TV+ will be live from Churchill Downs in the lead-up to the Kentucky Derby, starting April 27. They will provide detailed analysis of the Derby and the events leading up to race weekend at Churchill Downs.

Kay Adams from FanDuel’s “Up and Adams” will be broadcasting live from Churchill Downs on May 2 and May 3. You can catch the show on FanDuel TV, YouTube, and Max.

Kevin Grigsby, Executive Producer and SVP of FanDuel TV, expressed immense excitement about providing live racing and exclusive access to their dedicated audience during Derby Week. Grigsby extended gratitude to Churchill Downs Inc. for their partnership, emphasizing the significance of the Kentucky Derby in horse racing and FanDuel TV’s commitment to covering every moment of the event.

FanDuel focus on horse racing

By announcing Kentucky Derby betting, FanDuel is reaffirming its dedication to horse racing and solidifying its position as one of the premier Kentucky Derby betting platforms.

This sportsbook is the first in America to provide horse racing odds on its comprehensive platform, unlike others that limit horse racing options to separate apps such as DraftKings’ DK Horse and TwinSpires.

The FanDuel underscoreg and FanDuel Racing apps can now be accessed in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

In order to maintain its position as the top sportsbook in North America, FanDuel must lead the way in betting and media coverage for the country’s major sporting events.

In the past year, FanDuel experienced a significant increase of 3.7 million new users, representing a 19% growth in customers compared to the previous year. The company aims to sustain this momentum by focusing on high-profile events such as the Kentucky Derby.
