FanDuel Expands Promotions Offer to Include NBA League Pass
FanDuel is constantly changing and improving how it rewards both new and returning bettors on one of America’s top betting platforms.
After the success of its August promotions, FanDuel is now offering a discounted subscription to NFL Sunday Ticket for existing and new customers. The company is also introducing a similar perk for the upcoming NBA season, catering to customers in search of the best NBA betting sites.
This initiative aims to excite bettors for the upcoming thrilling season of professional basketball, beginning on Tuesday, Oct. 24. FanDuel, the Official Sports Betting Partner of the NBA, is determined to enhance its leading 47% market share in the United States as one of the top sportsbooks available.
The deal
From Oct. 19-26, new FanDuel users can receive $200 in bonus bets and three months of NBA League Pass by placing a $5 wager. Existing customers can also get three months of NBA League Pass by placing a $5 wager.
The agreement provides FanDuel users with complimentary access to NBA League Pass until Dec. 11. This additional feature will enable users to watch out-of-market games at no cost, giving them the opportunity to analyze league trends and enhance their NBA knowledge before placing bets on the sport.
Having a deeper understanding of the sport will ultimately result in a more involved bettor. FanDuel has successfully taken the lead in engaging its users compared to its competitors.
Other FanDuel moves
The launch of “The Pulse” by the leading American sportsbook coincides with the FanDuel NBA League Pass deal. This new product provides valuable real-time insights for FanDuel users on betting markets related to key moments in the NBA season.
Mike Raffensperger, Chief Commercial Officer at FanDuel, stated that FanDuel is dedicated to providing the best sportsbook product available and enhancing the entertainment experience for fans during the NBA season. By utilizing their NBA partnership and cutting-edge platform, they aim to create an environment where fans can bet on crucial moments in a game in real-time and witness the outcomes, ultimately enhancing their sports betting and entertainment experience.
In the past month, FanDuel has taken steps to address the issue of problem gambling by appointing responsible gaming ambassadors.
PGA Tour player Tom Kim and U.S. soccer star Carli Lloyd are teaming up as responsible gaming ambassadors for FanDuel, joining former NFL player Rob Gronkowski and FanDuel TV host Kay Adams in promoting educational and responsible gaming efforts to the American gaming community.
Keeping their No. 1 spot?
FanDuel, the top U.S. legal sports betting destination, is facing increased competition from DraftKings as they close in on the title of “America’s No. 1 sportsbook.” This has prompted FanDuel to innovate and revamp its marketing strategies.
Despite a strong performance in the first half of the year, FanDuel and its parent company Flutter Entertainment saw a 42% increase in revenue, reaching $5.8 billion for the first half of 2023 compared to the previous year.
FanDuel contributed approximately $100 million in revenue by itself.
FanDuel has shown that it is not content with just being the top sportsbook in America. It seems that they will keep innovating and changing the way business is conducted in the American market. Fans of FanDuel can expect to enjoy the advantages of the company’s ongoing evolution.
