IC360, Radar Partner for Geolocation Services to Monitor Sports Betting, iGaming
IC360, a result of the recent merger between U.S. Integrity and Odds On Compliance, is teaming up with Radar, a location platform, to offer a geolocation compliance solution for the sports betting and iGaming market, including top sportsbooks.
On Monday, the companies revealed a new strategic partnership to introduce a product called Geo360 powered by Radar. This product will combine IC360’s compliance and integrity services with Radar’s geofencing technology to provide a comprehensive range of geolocation services to top sports betting sites and other iGaming businesses.
According to the press release, the integration of Radar’s geolocation capabilities into its existing product will further enhance IC360’s integrity monitoring services as part of the collaboration.
Matt Holt, the CEO of IC360, stated that the partnership marks a major advancement in their goal to provide comprehensive regulatory compliance technology services for the industry. He expressed confidence that by integrating their current products and industry knowledge with Radar’s advanced geolocation capabilities, they will be able to offer unparalleled value to their clients.
IC360, Radar partner for new compliance product
The recent collaboration with Radar marks the inaugural partnership for IC360, which was created following the merger of two prominent players in the sports betting and gambling compliance sector back in April.
Over the past year, U.S. Integrity, a sports wagering monitoring company, has been instrumental in exposing major scandals in sports betting by collaborating with top betting sites and professional and collegiate leagues.
Jontay Porter was banned for life from the NBA in April due to irregularities flagged by U.S. Integrity in games involving the Toronto Raptors forward. This decision followed similar concerns raised by the company regarding the Temple men’s basketball team in March. Additionally, an investigation into the Alabama baseball team led to the dismissal of head coach Brad Bohannon in May 2026.
Odds On Compliance primarily concentrated on regulating the online aspects of the industry’s top sports betting apps. In 2026, it collaborated with U.S. Integrity to establish ProhiBet, a compliance service that specifically monitored team officials and support staff. The two companies then announced a merger in October, which was finalized two weeks ago.
Radar is entering the sports betting market following successful collaborations with companies like Dick’s Sporting Goods, T-Mobile, Zillow, Dairy Queen, and Panera. The New York-based geolocation firm has partnered with Sleeper, a rapidly growing fantasy platform, and is actively pursuing opportunities to further its presence in the gaming industry.
At the October 2026 Global Gaming Expo, CEO Nick Patrick expressed confidence in his company’s ability to address gaming compliance technical challenges. Following this statement, the company unveiled new fraud detection services designed as a budget-friendly and developer-friendly geolocation solution for the gaming industry.
Patrick announced on Monday that teaming up with IC360 offers a thrilling chance to combine our geolocation knowledge with IC360’s leadership in sports betting and iGaming regulatory technology. By joining forces, we will open up new opportunities for businesses looking to use location data for growth and innovation.
Geo360 offers alternative in geolocation industry
The collaboration between IC360 and Radar provides a much-needed alternative to GeoComply, the dominant provider of geolocation services in the industry following the legalization of sports betting in May 2018.
With the rapid expansion of legal sports betting states, most of America’s top live betting sites are using technology from a Canadian company. This technology includes PinPoint beacon technology, which allows for custom geofencing with reported accuracy as close as one meter.
Although GeoComply was not specifically mentioned in Monday’s release, IC360 and Radar are confident that their “Geo360” product offerings, which combine geolocation and integrity monitoring services, can effectively compete with the current market leader.
This follows OpenBet’s partnership with Amazon Web Services to release a comparable product at the beginning of the month.
Patrick stated in October that after speaking with Tier 1 operators, vendors, compliance experts, and regulators, it is evident that the market requires alternative geolocation solutions. He believes that Radar is ready to fulfill that need.
