Players on WSOP.com in Nevada, New Jersey, and Michigan can now access the new and award-winning Poker 8 gaming platform, enabling them to play against users from other states.

Evoke PLC, previously known as 888 Holdings, has launched its new platform for online poker players in Nevada and New Jersey. This update brings these states up to par with the offerings available to Michigan online casino users for the past few years, allowing players in all three states to compete against each other.

Jeffrey Haas, Chief Growth Officer at evoke, stated in a press release that their poker proposition has been consistently evolving and pushing boundaries for online poker players worldwide for over twenty years, with a strong focus on customer experience. He also mentioned that the latest upgrade to the poker platform in America will provide enhanced gameplay experiences for players in Michigan, New Jersey, and Nevada.

Poker 8 is the inaugural and solitary legal real money online casino in the U.S. that links together three states, allowing users in each state to access games from other jurisdictions.

The upgrades have reportedly been in development for ten years, and the release of the improved product coincides with the start of the 55th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. The tournament began on May 28, with the main event scheduled to take place from July 3 to July 6.

Poker 8 upgrades platform for NV, NJ

Evoke has been promising upgrades to its platform for a while now, and they are finally delivering in two of the largest iGaming markets in the country: Nevada and New Jersey online casinos. With WSOP.com being powered by Evoke since 2013, it was time for a refresh for the product and the ability to offer cross-state gaming opportunities.

Evoke has announced that it has made essential enhancements to its software suite, including upgraded graphics for the site, enhanced gameplay for its mobile casino apps, and faster load times for customers. The company asserts that these improvements have resulted in a superior user experience and overall functionality of the site.

Evoke has enhanced its player account management system with the latest Poker 8 platform upgrade, aiming to improve customer relationship management goals.

The upgraded Poker 8 platform now offers users in Michigan, New Jersey, and Nevada the chance to play various Texas Hold ’em games. Additionally, Progressive Knockouts and Mystery Bounties have been integrated into the relaunched product.

Timing is everything for Poker 8

Every year, the popularity of poker skyrockets with the start of the iconic World Series of Poker. The launch of the expanded evoke and WSOP.com platform could not have come at a better time.

Ty Stewart, Executive Director of World Series of Poker, described the day as monumental as they launched a new product just in time for the 2024 World Series of Poker. He emphasized that while they continuously aim to provide the largest tournaments throughout the year, this is the perfect opportunity for players to partake in exclusive satellites, promotions, and online bracelet events.

The Pennsylvania online casino market is expected to align with Michigan, New Jersey, and Nevada next. While Pennsylvania currently includes WSOP.com in its iGaming network, it has not yet connected it with other states. A push towards integration is anticipated in the upcoming months.
