With the upcoming month-long break, Plumlee should have time to rest and recover. Despite injuries at the quarterback position, the Knights have the seventh-ranked total offense with 492.2 yards per game, thanks to their strong rushing attack which is fourth in yards per game (233.2) and fifth in yards per carry (5.7). On the other hand, the Yellow Jackets rank poorly in both categories and are 122nd in opponent EPA per play. Their situation worsened with the loss of multiple players to the transfer portal.

The disparity between the two teams makes betting the Over a solid choice, whether on the full-game total of 66.5 or UCF’s team total of 37.5. However, both teams might focus on running the ball more, which could lower the overall number of offensive plays in the game. This is concerning with a total close to 70.
