Georgia vs. Alabama college football player props: SEC Championship

Jalen Milroe Over 38.5 rushing yards (-114 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Betting on a quarterback’s rushing yards in college football can be challenging due to sacks counting against them. Despite this, Milroe has surpassed 100 yards rushing in two out of his last four games and has recorded at least 40 yards rushing in five games in 2025.

The Bulldogs have the 12th-ranked pass defense in college football, meaning Milroe could have difficulty passing against them. However, if the downfield coverage is strong, Milroe is not hesitant to use his legs to create plays. Milroe has an average of 3.5 yards per carry, but against the Tigers, he averaged 5.9 yards per carry.

All of our top sportsbooks have a line of 39.5 except for FanDuel, which has a lower total. This makes FanDuel the clear choice for placing this wager.

Brock Bowers Over 55.5 receiving yards (-115 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐

Even though the Bulldogs have not made an official announcement about Bowers playing on Saturday, it appears that the All-American is prepared to return to the field after recovering from an ankle injury. Bowers continues to lead the team in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns, despite being absent for three games.

The Crimson Tide’s pass defense is ranked 20th in the nation, while the Bulldogs’ passing attack is ranked 11th. Carson Beck’s total is set at 272.5 at top sports betting sites, indicating that oddsmakers expect the Bulldogs’ offense to outperform in this matchup. Despite concerns about his ankle injury, a low total is being offered, but Bowers doesn’t need to have a standout performance to surpass this Over.

Our top live betting sites have set the prop at 55.5, with most offering -115 odds, except for Caesars at -117. Take advantage of the better odds quickly, as they are likely to increase once Bowers’ participation is confirmed.

Carson Beck Over 0.5 interceptions (+110 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐

Despite Beck’s strong performance in 2025, he has still thrown six interceptions. He has not thrown more than one interception in a single game, leading to an equal number of games with and without interceptions this season.

The Crimson Tide’s defense has recorded 12 interceptions this season, tying them for 25th in the country. They are averaging 1.3 interceptions over their last three games.

Beck has thrown interceptions against a variety of teams, including Ole Miss, Kentucky, and Auburn, as well as Vanderbilt, Ball State, and Georgia Tech. Considering the strong performance of the Crimson Tide’s secondary this season, Beck is more likely to throw an interception than not.

The value of this play lies in its price. Among the top three sports betting sites that offer this prop bet, each one sets the Over at +104 or higher. FanDuel stands out as the best choice to place this bet, with odds of +110, which is a favorable price given Beck’s performance in 2025.
