Will Joe Burrow be able to win back-to-back AFC Championships against the Chiefs in Kansas City? Let’s examine the top NFL odds and make our favorite point spread picks for the upcoming weekend.

Although the NFL season has been chaotic, only the Philadelphia Eagles are a new addition to the Conference Championships compared to last year. The AFC Championship will see a rematch between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Cincinnati Bengals.

I’m not sure how much you know about high ankle sprains, but I have a feeling it will be a hot topic this week. Patrick Mahomes’ ankle injury is making waves in the news and is already impacting betting markets.

Is it possible for us to capitalize on the early momentum in the AFC Championship game?

These are the power rankings of my preferred point-spread selections for the NFL Conference Championships, with odds from our top-rated sportsbooks and lines accurate as of Monday, Jan. 23, at 9:30 a.m. ET.

NFL ATS Picks Power Rankings for the Conference Championships

2. 49ers +3 vs. Eagles (-115 via BetMGM⭐⭐

I am worried about Brock Purdy playing in the NFC Championship in a challenging road environment. We have been anticipating his failure, but he continues to prove us wrong. With a strong supporting cast of offensive weapons and a top-tier coaching staff, Purdy has all the tools he needs to succeed.

While it’s natural to be worried about Purdy playing in Philadelphia away from home, my calculations indicate that the +3 spread for the San Francisco 49ers this week is a favorable bet. In my analysis, I have the Philadelphia Eagles as 1-point favorites over the 49ers, making the opportunity to take the 49ers at +3 a strong choice.

It seems that soon all sportsbooks will offer the 49ers at +3, but currently only BetMGM has this line available. If you plan to make this bet, make sure to take advantage of the +3 and avoid settling for anything lower.

I doubt the line will reach 49ers +3.5, but I think once it hits 49ers +3, we will see more bets on San Francisco.

1. Chiefs -1 vs. Bengals (-106 via FanDuel Underscoreg⭐⭐

The line for the AFC Championship game has seen significant changes since the opening, with the Kansas City Chiefs initially favored by 3 points. However, the Cincinnati Bengals’ strong performance on the road against the Buffalo Bills and concerns about Mahomes’ ankle injury have caused the Chiefs’ line to drop to -1.

Despite the recent bias towards the Bengals in this spread, I prefer the Chiefs due to the favorable number we are receiving as a result of the line movement.

I have the Chiefs as 3.5-point favorites against the Bengals, and the line moving from Chiefs -3 to Chiefs -1 has created a significant discrepancy between my prediction and the current market odds. It’s important to note that the Bills were unable to take advantage of the Bengals’ weakened offensive line because of adverse weather conditions.

I see a great opportunity to buy the Chiefs at -1 when I believe they should be trading at -3.5. This bet not only has a 2.5-point difference but also hits on key numbers, which is why I’ve given it a four-star rating.
