After losing to both the Dallas Cowboys and the San Francisco 49ers in consecutive games, the Philadelphia Eagles have been outscored 75-32. Despite lackluster offensive performances from most of the team, wide receiver A.J. Brown has emerged as a standout player.

A.J. Brown Over 81.5 receiving yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

With a favorable matchup in their favor, the Eagles are poised for a strong performance on Monday. Brown has delivered impressive performances in the past two weeks, amassing at least 94 yards each game after a disappointing stretch of just 111 yards in the previous three games from Week 9 to Week 12.

The Seahawks have been giving up an average of 243.6 passing yards per game and have struggled against opposing passing offenses in their recent four-game losing streak. Brown has recorded eight games with 80 or more receiving yards this season. Given the upcoming matchup and the Eagles’ urgency for a win, there is no justification for not considering him as a strong option.

Four out of the five top sportsbooks have the total set at 81.5, with FanDuel having it at 82.5 with -114 odds for the Over. bet365 is offering the best price for Over 81.5, while BetMGM is asking for -120 for the same total.

A.J. Brown Over 6.5 receptions (-102 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐

The price of the play is the primary motivation. Brown has achieved at least seven catches in nine out of his 13 games this season, making it a strong possibility to bet the Over. However, the Eagles could potentially outperform the Seahawks throughout the game, leading to limited throwing opportunities for Jalen Hurts, who is playing while recovering from an illness. This could potentially affect Brown’s production.

However, the opportunity to obtain this at a price of -102 is too good to ignore. Brown has been targeted in at least eight games out of 11 this season, with all but one resulting in at least six catches. This level of reliability, regardless of his team’s performance, is crucial in making a decision like this.

The Seahawks are giving up the seventh-highest number of completions per game. If the Eagles gain a lead, it will probably be due to Brown and other receivers exploiting the defense’s weaknesses.

In his MNF prop bets, Sanchez Rhea suggests that the Eagles are leaning more heavily on their passing game rather than their rushing attack.

A.J. Brown anytime touchdown scorer (+125 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐

Brown has only found the end zone once in his past four games, bringing his season total to seven touchdowns. Despite his recent struggles, he has managed to score in at least five games. The silver lining is that he will have a chance to shine under the bright lights of Monday Night Football.

The Seahawks have been giving up an average of 1.5 touchdown passes per game this season, which is tied for the ninth-highest in the league. Hurts has only thrown multiple touchdown passes in five games so far, but this upcoming game seems like a good opportunity for him to make it six. If he does manage to throw multiple touchdowns, it wouldn’t be surprising if Brown catches at least one, especially since Brown has been the recipient of over one-third of Hurts’ touchdown passes this season.
