Anytime Touchdown Scorer Predictions Week 16: Picks & Odds for Saturday
We kicked off Week 16 of the NFL with a bang by accurately predicting the anytime touchdown scorer for TNF. We aim to continue our success into Sunday by analyzing the top NFL odds.
Our predictions for anytime touchdown scorers in the 2026 season have gained 12.75 units, thanks to successfully predicting New Orleans Saints tight end Juwan Johnson scoring at +600 odds during Thursday Night Football against the Los Angeles Rams. However, we did lose two units during the NFL’s two Saturday games.
We aim to bounce back with a victory on Sunday before focusing on the Christmas Day tripleheader.
Here is our top anytime touchdown scorer prediction for Saturday, based on the odds from our top NFL betting sites, to complement our NFL player props and best bets for Week 16.
Anytime touchdown scorer predictions Week 16: Sunday
Cardinals vs. Bears anytime touchdown scorer prediction: Khalil Herbert, CHI, RB (+270 via Caesars) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Christian McCaffrey scored seven touchdowns in two games against the San Francisco 49ers. However, the struggling Arizona Cardinals have given up a total of 21 touchdowns to running backs this season, with 13 on the ground and eight through the air.
The Cardinals are once again 4-point underdogs as they face the Chicago Bears on the road at Soldier Field in late December, where tough outdoor conditions await. Bears running back Khalil Herbert is expected to score 0.3 touchdowns and is set to share the workload with teammate D’Onta Foreman in a game with a favorable script.
Our betting calculators translate the implied 30% probability into odds of +235. The best odds for a Foreman touchdown are +195 through DraftKings, but Caesars is offering an outlier +270 ticket on Herbert scoring a touchdown.
Anytime touchdown scorer predictions Week 16: Christmas Day
Giants vs. Eagles anytime touchdown scorer prediction: Wan’Dale Robinson, NYG, WR (+550 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐
Despite the misleading hype surrounding former undrafted free agent QB Tommy DeVito, the New York Giants offense has struggled significantly, even without Daniel Jones. According to NFL Savant, DeVito has only targeted receiver Isaiah Hodgins once in the red zone in Week 14, marking the only red-zone look he has given out since Week 12 when three players caught passes inside the 20-yard line.
Nonetheless, our strategy remains solid for the NFL’s Christmas Day games, particularly in predicting anytime touchdown scorers. Despite being 13.5-point underdogs on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles, the New York Giants have a good chance to succeed. The Eagles have given up a league-leading 24 passing touchdowns to receivers, including nine in the last four weeks alone. They have also allowed two touchdowns to the position on the ground this season.
We have our eyes on Giants receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, who is projected to score 0.2 touchdowns and has high +550 odds on DraftKings. In his last four games, the sophomore Robinson has caught 17 of 20 targets for 165 yards, with single-game highs of 21 and 32 yards. He has also rushed the ball eight times for 63 yards this season.
Anticipate some cunning tactics from a desperate Giants team in the later stages of Monday’s second game, with Robinson positioned as the top candidate to benefit against a vulnerable Eagles defense that may lack motivation.

Bengals vs. Steelers anytime touchdown scorer prediction: Chase Brown, CIN, RB (+425 via BetRivers) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ❌
Despite limited playing time behind Joe Mixon, rookie fifth-round pick Chase Brown is starting to establish himself as a reliable option in the Cincinnati Bengals’ offense. This is particularly evident in the passing game led by Jake Browning.
Brown has been targeted three times in each of his last two games, catching all six passes, one of which was a 54-yard touchdown catch-and-run in Week 14. Although we can’t expect consistent big plays from him, Brown has also been getting at least seven carries in his past three games. Furthermore, he will be playing against a vulnerable Pittsburgh Steelers defense on Saturday, particularly when it comes to defending pass-catching running backs.
In the past four weeks, Pittsburgh’s defense has surrendered two rushing touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns to opposing running backs. Throughout the season, the Steelers have allowed a total of four receiving touchdowns to running backs.
Brown is expected to score 0.3 points on Saturday afternoon. Our betting calculators suggest this translates to odds of +235, but we found a better value at +425 on BetRivers. BetMGM is offering lower odds at +280.

Bills vs. Chargers anytime touchdown scorer prediction: Quentin Johnston, LA, WR (+500 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ❌
Following Week 15, all previous knowledge about Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston can be disregarded.
The rookie first-round draft pick had gone without scoring a touchdown in his first 13 NFL games, leading many to label him a draft bust. However, in his first full game with QB Easton Stick at the helm, he finally found the end zone after catching just two of three targets in a recent blowout loss to the Las Vegas Raiders.
With Keenan Allen out for a second consecutive week, Johnston is expected to once again be heavily involved in the passing game, as he played 92% of the snaps last week. Additionally, this will be the Chargers’ first game since parting ways with head coach Brandon Staley.
Johnston is expected to score 0.2 touchdowns against a Bills defense that has given up four touchdowns (including one rushing score) to wide receivers in the past four weeks. Despite a 20% implied probability, BetMGM is offering favorable odds of +500, exceeding the expected +400 odds.

Anytime touchdown scorer predictions Week 16: Thursday Night Football
Saints vs. Rams anytime touchdown scorer prediction: Juwan Johnson, NO, TE (+600 via Caesars) ⭐⭐⭐ ✅
When I look for anytime touchdown scorers, I always start by analyzing positional matchups. In my opinion, tight ends have proven to be the most reliable and profitable positional advantage against a defense.
The Rams and Saints have both given up seven touchdowns to opposing tight ends this season, second only to the Denver Broncos who have allowed nine. Despite this, Caesars is offering surprisingly high odds of +320 for Rams tight end Tyler Higbee to score 0.2 touchdowns. Saints tight end Juwan Johnson has the same projection but is offering even better odds of +600 from Caesars.
The odds converter from Underscoreg Review interprets a 20% chance of Johnson scoring a touchdown as +400 odds. Many top NFL prop betting sites exceed this, with BetMGM offering a lower price of +375. Caesars stands out with their +600 odds.
Use our Caesars promo code SBRBONUS1000 to secure the highest odds on a Johnson touchdown.
Despite Jimmy Graham’s recent success in scoring touchdowns in three consecutive games, there are concerns about potential regression for the Saints’ tight end group. Johnson, who has played the second most snaps among all Saints tight ends this season, has shown promise with five receptions on six red-zone targets, but has only scored one touchdown on those catches. Despite this, he did score his second touchdown of the season last week, which could lead to an increased role in exploiting favorable matchups.
