For the second year in a row, the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers will face off in the postseason to conclude the Divisional Round at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday. Keep reading for our top prop bets for the Cowboys-49ers matchup, using the most favorable NFL odds available.

The 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys are facing off in the postseason for the ninth time since 1970, matching the record set by the San Francisco vs. Green Bay Packers and Dallas vs. L.A. Rams matchups.

The last weekend matchup will see the high-scoring Dallas offense facing off against the San Francisco defense, which gave up the fewest points per game in the regular season. Additionally, the game will highlight the improving 49ers offense led by rookie quarterback Brock Purdy.

In the previous season, these teams faced off in the Wild Card Round, with San Francisco quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo leading his team to a 23-17 win. Regardless of the result this year, we can expect an exciting conclusion to the Divisional Round weekend.

These are our top prop picks for the Cowboys vs. 49ers Divisional Round, with odds from DraftKings, FanDuel, and Caesars. Our confidence level for each pick is rated on a 1 to 5-star scale.

Cowboys vs. 49ers Props

Deebo Samuel + CeeDee Lamb Over 129.5 receiving yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Despite his average of 48.6 yards per game in the regular season, San Francisco wide receiver Deebo Samuel remains a significant threat on the field. Last week, he demonstrated this by achieving 133 yards against the Seattle Seahawks. Despite dealing with injuries throughout the year, Samuel has managed to reach at least half the required yards in four games, including the playoffs. In the 2021 playoff game against Dallas, Samuel was limited to just 38 yards.

CeeDee Lamb, the wide receiver for the Cowboys, has been averaging 79.9 yards per game in the regular season. In three of his last four games, he has accumulated over 100 receiving yards. Throughout the year, Lamb has had 13 games with at least 65 yards, with a notable performance of 68 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Lamb has played against the 49ers twice in his career. In their first matchup, he recorded five receptions for 85 yards. However, in last year’s Wild Card round, he only managed to make one catch for 21 yards. Nevertheless, this prop still has full confidence because both Lamb and the other pass catcher are explosively talented enough to surpass this mark individually.

Each team to score 1+ rushing TDs & 1+ passing TDs (+240) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In the final five regular season games, San Francisco scored touchdowns through both passing and rushing. They repeated this feat in their recent playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks. Throughout the 2026 season, the 49ers achieved this milestone in a total of 10 games. On the other hand, Dallas allowed both rushing and passing touchdowns in two out of their last three regular season games.

During a streak from Week 6 to Week 17, the Cowboys scored both a rushing and passing TD in 11 consecutive games. In the Wild Card Round, Dallas QB Dak Prescott had four passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown in a victory over the Tampa Bay Bucs. The 49ers defense allowed Seahawks QB Geno Smith to throw two touchdowns and running back Kenneth Walker to rush for another.

This game showcases two of the NFL’s top scoring teams that have demonstrated their ability to score in multiple ways. This prop receives a perfect five-star rating.

Cowboys Over 2.5 total touchdowns (+122) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In the 2026 regular season, Dallas scored a total of 55 touchdowns. The Cowboys had a dominant 10-game stretch where they scored at least three touchdowns in each game, often scoring four or more. In their most recent game against Tampa, they exceeded this trend by scoring five touchdowns.

During the regular season, the 49ers defense allowed the third fewest touchdowns per game in the NFL (2.0). However, this number increased to three over their last three games, including the playoffs. Seattle scored three touchdowns in their Wild Card game against the 49ers, with the final touchdown being scored in garbage time.

Caesars has a slight advantage over DraftKings with their odds, edging out at +120. The confidence in this bet stems from the Cowboys’ ability to score a lot of points.
