Eagles vs Jets NFL Player Props, Odds: Picks & Predictions
In Week 6, the Philadelphia Eagles visit the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium. We have a selection of player props for Eagles vs. Jets matchups for bettors who prefer to bet on the Over. Our NFL picks are crafted using the NFL odds provided by our top sports betting apps.
New York Jets running back Breece Hall had a standout performance last week, rushing for 177 yards and scoring a touchdown in the team’s 31-21 victory over the Denver Broncos. Hall was the focal point of the offense, while quarterback Zach Wilson struggled, only throwing for 199 yards and failing to score a touchdown.
The Philadelphia Eagles will be without two key defenders in their upcoming game. Cornerback Darius Slay and defensive tackle Jalen Carter will be sidelined due to knee and ankle injuries, respectively. This puts pressure on Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and the offense to perform against a tough Gang Green defense.
Here are our top player prop bets for the Eagles vs. Jets game in Week 6 of the NFL, along with our predictions and best bets. Odds are from our recommended NFL betting sites, and confidence levels are rated on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.
Eagles vs. Jets NFL player props: Week 6
Editor’s note: Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner will not be playing in Week 6.
D’Andre Swift Over 66.5 rushing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Running the ball is the most effective strategy for overcoming the Jets’ defense. Although their pass defense is ranked in the top half of the league, their rushing defense is among the worst, allowing an average of 146.2 yards per game. Four different running backs have managed to gain over 66.5 yards against them.
In three of his last four games, Swift has rushed for 70 or more yards. Since Week 1, he has carried the ball at least 14 times in every game. With an average of 5.7 yards per rush, the Eagles may not have an easy victory as predicted, but they are likely to be in the lead for most of the game.
Kenneth Gainwell, the Eagles running back, has not lived up to expectations in the backfield. With Swift emerging as the top back behind a strong offensive line, we would bet on him to outperform anyone.

Breece Hall Over 13.5 rushing attempts (-114 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐
The Jets’ success in this game hinges on keeping the score tight against the Eagles. Despite the possibility of a blowout, the numerous defensive injuries on Philadelphia’s side give New York a chance to remain in the game and compete. The absence of Carter on the defensive line is a significant disadvantage for the Jets’ offense in all aspects.
Hall had his heaviest workload of the season last week, rushing 22 times against the Denver Broncos. Prior to that game, he had not carried the ball more than 13 times in a single game. It is worth noting that he was limited in the first three weeks due to a snap count, and in Week 4, the Jets were trailing 17-0 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Jets are hoping to see more involvement from Hall in their offense, but with Wilson’s inconsistent passing game, they may have no choice but to rely on the running game. Despite Carter’s absence, we are hesitant to bet on Hall surpassing his rushing yards total. The Eagles have the best rush defense in the league, and Hall has been too inconsistent so far this season.
DeVonta Smith Over 52.5 receiving yards (-105 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐
Smith’s receiving prop bet is undervalued following a lackluster performance against the Rams last week, where he only caught one pass for six yards. With Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown likely drawing coverage from Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner, quarterback Jalen Hurts is expected to target Smith more frequently in the upcoming game.
However, Smith’s performance has not been hindered by lack of targets. He has received at least five targets in every game this season and has caught four passes in four out of five matchups. The real issue is whether Smith can convert those catches into significant yardage.
Smith caught seven passes for 47 yards in the first week, followed by four catches for 131 yards in the second week and four catches for 28 yards in the third week. Although his inconsistency is concerning, the Eagles are expected to perform well in this game. With Gardner covering Brown, Smith is expected to be the Eagles’ primary receiver.
Player props for Eagles vs. Jets were set on Saturday at 10:39 a.m. ET.
