The Buffalo Bills are heavily favored to win at home on Sunday Night Football against the New York Giants, and our top player props for the Giants vs. Bills game predict that Buffalo will dominate against New York. Our NFL picks are determined by the Sunday Night Football odds provided by our top sports betting apps.

The Buffalo Bills had a rough time in London, suffering a 25-20 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Now they are looking to bounce back as they prepare to face the struggling New York Giants in a Sunday Night Football matchup.

The 1-4 Giants are going into Sunday night’s game without starting quarterback Daniel Jones due to a neck injury, and there’s a possibility that No. 1 running back Saquon Barkley, who has missed the past three games with an ankle injury, may also be absent. Additionally, the New York offensive line is struggling with injuries to multiple starters, setting the stage for a potentially challenging game ahead.

Here are our top player props for the Giants vs. Bills NFL game in Week 6, including Josh Allen player props. Check out the odds from our recommended NFL betting sites and rate your pick confidence on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.

James Cook to win race to 20 rushing yards (+250 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cook has maintained an average of 4.8 yards per carry and 58.4 rushing yards per game this season. He is in a favorable position this week as he goes up against a New York defense that ranks third in the league for allowing passing yards per game (151.4). Additionally, the Giants have been giving up 5.8 yards per carry to opposing running backs when playing on the road.

If Giants running back Saquon Barkley is unable to play on Sunday night, the team may be down a key player. Even if he is able to play, his performance may be impacted, giving Cook the opportunity to reach 20 yards before him. So far this season, Barkley has gained 114 rushing yards and has an average of 3.9 yards per carry in two games.

The Giants’ second-string running back, Matt Breida, has struggled to produce this season, with only 82 rushing yards at an average of 2.7 yards per carry. He has only surpassed 20 yards in a game twice this year.

Tyrod Taylor Under 175.5 passing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

In the last four seasons, Giants quarterback Tyrod Taylor has only managed to surpass 176 passing yards in three games. Throughout his 14-year career, he has averaged 128.1 passing yards per game. This average includes his time as a starter with the Bills, where he had seasons with averages of 216.8, 201.5, and 186.3 passing yards per game.

Taylor will face his former team for the first time, going up against a tough Buffalo pass defense that has allowed the ninth fewest passing yards per game this season (191.2). While three out of the five quarterbacks they have faced have surpassed this yardage threshold, it’s worth noting that those quarterbacks were Tua Tagovailoa of the Miami Dolphins, Trevor Lawrence of the Jacksonville Jaguars, and Jimmy Garoppolo of the Las Vegas Raiders.

Julia Lopez is a fan of Taylor’s rushing yards prop for his parlay on the Giants vs. Bills game.
