Chiefs 1st half -6.5 (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Jaguars’ struggles in the first half were evident last week, but what some may not know is that this has been a consistent issue throughout the season. In their final game against the Titans, they were behind 13-7 at halftime, and in their victory over the Cowboys in Week 15, they were down 21-7. This pattern dates back to Week 1 when they were down 14-3 to the Commanders before rallying to take a 22-14 lead in the fourth quarter.

The Chiefs have a tendency to quickly establish leads against opponents, particularly when they are clearly better. This was evident in their 20-7 halftime lead over the Jaguars in their first matchup. While there may be worries about the Chiefs being rusty after a week off, they typically shake off any cobwebs by the end of the first quarter and secure a lead by halftime.

Christian Kirk anytime touchdown (+190) ⭐⭐⭐

Christian Kirk is expected to have a strong performance on Saturday, but in order to achieve a good yardage total at a reasonable cost, you should bet on him surpassing 79.5 yards. Even though he is the primary target for the Jaguars and they are likely to be trailing in the game, it is still a high number to reach. This is especially true considering that he fell short of this mark last week, despite catching eight passes on 14 targets while his team was losing 27-0.

The Chiefs rank at the bottom of the league in passing touchdowns allowed per game, while Kirk is the top touchdown receiver for the Jaguars this season. With nearly 2-to-1 odds, adding this to the parlay is a smart move.

Engram had a strong performance last week, catching seven passes for 93 yards and a touchdown. Prior to that, he had struggled in the previous two games due to tough matchups against the Titans and the Jaguars. However, in the three games before that, he had 26 receptions for 337 yards and two touchdowns. Engram has become a key target in Lawrence’s passing game. Even if he doesn’t have a big yardage game against a tough defense that has limited tight ends this season, he should still see enough targets to catch at least six passes.
