The Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Seahawks are meeting for the second consecutive Thursday in Week 13 for Thursday Night Football. We have all the information you need, including our prediction for the Seahawks vs. Cowboys game based on the latest NFL odds.

The Seattle Seahawks (6-5) were unable to catch up in the NFC West standings against the San Francisco 49ers on Thanksgiving, suffering a 31-13 loss. The Seahawks, currently listed at +2000 odds on DraftKings to win the division, have now lost four consecutive games to the 49ers.

During Week 12, the Dallas Cowboys continued their strong record at home by defeating the Washington Commanders 45-10 at AT&T Stadium, bringing their home record to 5-0. Despite the team’s success, wide receiver CeeDee Lamb only had 53 yards and one touchdown on four catches. Green Finnian is hopeful that CeeDee will improve upon these stats in his prop picks for CeeDee Lamb.

Here are our top Seahawks-Cowboys prediction, Thursday Night Football odds, and prop picks, along with our NFL picks rated on a 1-to-5-star scale based on odds from our favorite NFL betting sites.

Seahawks vs. Cowboys prediction: Thursday Night Football

Cowboys -7 (-110 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The point spread for this matchup is surprisingly low, given Dallas’ dominance at home with five wins by 20 or more points and a plus-145 point differential at AT&T Stadium. The Cowboys have achieved three consecutive 20+ point victories for the first time since 1980 and have seven such wins this season, tying a franchise record with six games remaining. Their 35-point victory over Washington was their third division win by 30+ points, matching the 2010 New England Patriots for the most since the 1970 merger.

The Cowboys’ strong performance can largely be attributed to quarterback Dak Prescott excelling on the field. Prescott has thrown 17 touchdowns in his last five games, matching the record for the most in a five-game stretch in Cowboys history. He recently achieved his 10th game with four or more passing touchdowns, tying Tony Romo’s team record. Prescott leads the NFC in touchdown passes with 23 and ranks second among all quarterbacks in completion percentage (70%) and Total QBR (75%).

Kelly Gage believes that Dak Prescott will continue to perform well in his prop picks.

Seattle’s offense has been struggling, with a touchdown rate of only 13.2% in the past six games according to Sharp Football Analysis. This was evident in their Thanksgiving game where they failed to score any offensive touchdowns in 10 possessions against San Francisco. This lack of scoring ability may be a challenge for them to keep up in the upcoming game.

Dallas has a record of 2-2 when facing teams with a .500 or better record, but is 0-2 against teams currently above .500. Despite this, the Seahawks do not appear to be a strong team right now, with quarterback Geno Smith and running back Kenneth Walker III both dealing with injuries.

Even if Prescott doesn’t have the same dominant passing numbers as of late, Seattle allowed 114 yards and 6.0 yards per carry to Christian McCaffrey, who was ranked 29th in yards per carry to running backs over the past four weeks. This game is deserving of a four-star rating.

Supporters of the Cowboys have a simple decision when it comes to locating the top value, as DraftKings is one of our top two sports betting apps that provide a touchdown spread, with the added benefit of offering standard -110 odds.

We are looking to secure the -7 spread wherever possible, as we would prefer to bet on Dallas with the alternate spread if the line reaches -7.5 or higher across the board before the game starts.

BetMGM is unique among our top sportsbooks by offering an Over/Under of 46.5, while the others are all at 46.
