The Texans will only play their starters for a couple of series, while Derek Carr will not be playing for the Saints. The majority of playing time in Sunday’s game will go to younger players and those on the roster bubble as roster cutdown day approaches. With players eager to secure jobs and move up the depth chart, I’m betting on the Over 37.5 points at BetMGM, as most top sportsbooks are setting the line at 38 points.

It is recommended that backup quarterback Davis Mills take the majority of playing time in the game, as veteran Case Keenum has nothing left to prove and was held out of the Week 2 contest. Similarly, on the Saints sideline, Winston is expected to play most of the first quarter, but fans should anticipate seeing Haener for a significant portion of the game.
