NFL upset predictions
Panthers ML vs. Buccaneers (+210 via Bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
After last week’s 17-10 loss to the Tennessee Titans, the Carolina Panthers decided to make changes by firing head coach Frank Reich, as well as their quarterback and running back coaches.
Even at 1-10, the Panthers are showing determination to salvage something from this season by evaluating their decision to draft Bryce Young as their franchise quarterback. The introduction of new leadership could inject some much-needed energy into the struggling team.

After their bye week, Carolina’s players hit the mental reset button and came back to surprise the Houston Texans with a 15-13 victory, their only win of the season.
I believe they should be able to replicate that success against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have only won one game out of their last seven after starting the season 3-1. Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield is currently dealing with an ankle injury that caused him to briefly exit their Week 12 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
Tampa Bay’s offense is unlikely to distance themselves from the Panthers in this game, as they have only scored more than 20 points once since the beginning of October.

After a humiliating 45-10 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day, the Washington Commanders (4-8) made a leadership change by firing veteran defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio last week.
The defense will be under the leadership of head coach Ron Rivera for the remainder of the season, potentially bringing more accountability to the team’s underperforming players. It’s important to remember that this team put up a strong fight against the defending NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles in two games in 2023. With league passing leader Sam Howell at the helm, the Commanders have the ability to compete with any opponent.
On Black Friday, the Miami Dolphins secured a 34-13 win against the New York Jets, however, the offense did not perform as well as the final score indicates.
Miami only scored one offensive touchdown until the fourth quarter. However, they were able to break the game open with a 99-yard interception return for a touchdown on the final play of the first half. Additionally, Tua Tagovailoa had multiple turnovers, marking the third time in his last four games.
In three out of their last four games played outside of Florida, Miami has suffered losses. Additionally, the Dolphins will be without star linebacker Jaelan Phillips for the remainder of the season.
