We have analyzed the player props for the Week 15 matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL. Our recommendations are based on the most favorable NFL odds, and we are offering a variety of wagers for this exciting cross-conference game that kicks off the Saturday tripleheader.

Week 15 of the NFL season features a Saturday tripleheader, with the first game carrying significant postseason implications. The Minnesota Vikings (7-6) hold the No. 6 seed in the NFC, while the Cincinnati Bengals (7-6) are on the cusp of the AFC playoff picture.

This weekend will feature backup quarterbacks leading both teams, with Cincinnati’s Jake Browning replacing the injured Joe Burrow and Nick Mullens becoming the fourth quarterback to start for Minnesota. The uncertainty at the quarterback position creates an opportunity for bettors. Our expert, Morgan Xaviero, explains that betting on backup quarterbacks doesn’t always result in low-scoring games, as demonstrated in Thursday Night Football during Week 15.

Here are our top Vikings vs. Bengals NFL player props, including our Vikings vs. Bengals prediction and Ja’Marr Chase NFL player props. Odds are provided by our top NFL betting sites, with pick confidence rated on a 1-to-5-star scale.

Vikings vs. Bengals NFL player props: Week 15

Jake Browning Under 242.5 passing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Browning has been performing well for the Bengals recently, with 629 total yards thrown in consecutive victories against the Indianapolis Colts and Jacksonville Jaguars. However, this is why we can find value at our top sportsbooks for a game where we predict Browning will only throw for around 230 passing yards in a challenging matchup.

In his first season as defensive coordinator, Brian Flores has guided the Minnesota defense to a remarkable improvement, moving them from 29th to fifth in points allowed. This achievement marks the greatest leap in franchise history. The Vikings currently rank sixth in defensive DVOA and fourth in coverage grade according to PFF.

Browning may struggle to replicate his success in the air against the Vikings, leading to higher odds for the Under bet. Many top sportsbooks are now offering reduced totals for this game. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to bet at bet365 before the odds change.

Jake Browning Under 3.5 rushing attempts (+114 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Continuing with Browning, we also recommend taking the Under on his rushing attempts prop. Despite dropping from 4.5 to 3.5, we still suggest betting on anything +110 or higher. We believe a fair price for this Under rushing prop would be closer to the standard -110 vig at top NFL prop betting sites.

Browning has only surpassed this mark once since taking over for Burrow, which was during his debut game. He rushed for 40 yards on four attempts against the Baltimore Ravens, including a 19-yard gain. While I acknowledge the strength of the Vikings’ defense, they do not apply the same level of pressure as the Ravens do.

Browning has scored rushing touchdowns in consecutive games, yet has never had more than three rushing attempts in each game. He is not known for scrambling, much like Burrow, and the Cincinnati offense does not heavily rely on designed quarterback runs.

K.J. Osborn Under 2.5 receptions (-115 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐

The third receiver for Minnesota was targeted seven times in the team’s recent 3-0 victory against the Las Vegas Raiders, but only managed to gain 15 yards on four receptions. If Justin Jefferson returns to the lineup this weekend after leaving early in the last game, there is no justification for Mullens to keep targeting the No. 3 receiver.

During the weeks when Jefferson was out, Osborn saw increased playing time and had more opportunities. However, he only caught eight passes in the first four games of the season when the Vikings were at full strength. This was despite rookie Jordan Addison still getting acclimated to the speed of the NFL.

With a projection of less than two receptions, we are confidently taking the Under at BetMGM. It’s important to mention that the odds for this Under have increased at many of our NFL prop betting sites, so the value of -115 may not be available for much longer.
