England and the Netherlands are set to make history by facing each other in the knockout stage of a major tournament for the first time ever. The highly anticipated clash between these footballing powerhouses will take place in the semifinals of Euro 2024.

The upcoming match on Wednesday at BVB Stadion in Dortmund, Germany, will be a new experience for both semifinalists. England is considered the favorite on our top sports betting apps as we analyze the player props for the Netherlands vs. England matchup.

During most of the Euro 2024 tournament, England was considered the favorites, but they were surpassed by Spain before the final four matches. The Netherlands, with the lowest odds among the remaining teams, have finally reached a European Championship final after a 36-year wait.

The game will begin at 3 p.m. ET and will be broadcasted live on Fox Sports. Be sure to read our predictions for the Netherlands vs. England match as well.

Jude Bellingham anytime goal or assist

Jude Bellingham has scored two goals and provided no assists in five Euro 2024 matches.

Not known for scoring frequently, Bellingham has made sporadic appearances to dramatically impact England’s tournament. Bellingham has scored two goals from only three shots on target, showcasing his effectiveness when given the opportunity.

He created a scoring opportunity out of thin air with his overhead leveler against Slovakia in the Round of 16, and he has the skill to influence the game even without taking a shot on goal. That’s why I’m counting on him to make a difference when he plays against the Netherlands.

Bet365 frequently offers the most competitive prices for combination markets. If Bellingham scores or assists and you place a $10 wager at +210 odds, you stand to make a $21 profit.

Tijjani Reijnders Over 1.5 tackles

There are two reasons behind this prop bet. Initially, I am leaning towards Nathan Aké for the same pick. However, the odds at -188 are too high for me to make the bet. Tijjani Reijnders usually plays on the left side of midfield but may need to shift over to assist Aké in stopping Bukayo Saka’s threats.

Reijnders will need to be more aggressive and have the chance to make at least two tackles. He managed two tackles against Romania and one against Turkey in the quarterfinals. Given England’s tendency to pass the ball to Saka frequently, I believe Reijnders will exceed expectations.

If the -125 odds offered by bet365 win, it will result in a profit of $8.

Cody Gakpo anytime goal

Cody Gakpo leads the goal-scoring odds going into the semifinals. He is tied for first place on the goal-scoring chart with four other players, three of whom have been eliminated. Gakpo has scored three goals in five matches. He was unfortunate not to be recognized for the Netherlands’ winning goal against Turkey in the quarterfinal, as it was recorded as a Mert Müldür own goal.

Nevertheless, Gakpo has posed a strong and consistent threat. His energetic and ever-present presence has made it difficult for the opposing defense.

Gakpo may not have generated many opportunities, but he is exceptionally effective when he does. Based on his performance so far, it is likely that he will have at least one chance on Wednesday, and he will certainly capitalize on it.

In addition, I am also fond of one of his teammates taking frequent shots on goal, a key point I mention in my Netherlands vs. England parlay.

FanDuel consistently provides the most competitive prices and the highest potential payout for the anytime goal-scoring market. With +370 odds, a $10 bet on Gakpo scoring before the full-time whistle would result in a $37 profit.

FanDuel offers the best odds at +370, with an implied probability of 21.28%.
